Church Quiz Night 30th September 2023

A very full house – 13 tables, and around 96 people – came for our now traditional quiz night.

A huge vote of thanks to our now also traditional Quiz Master Steve England (and his team).

 Everything seemed to run to plan. The hot food arrived on time and church members had laid out a fruit plate to round off the meal.

Jean, Janet Margaret and Marian sold the raffle tickets (we raised £248 for Noah’s Ark, a children’s charity in Barnet) and Tony was our master of ceremonies.

The winning table combined the talents of Revd. Jonathan Hyde and Michael Broadway (he of the Pianola recital, who we hope to see ‘in action’ in the coming months) and their fellow croquet players. They were more than a head in front of the next challengers – so very well done!
